Offbeat and heightened HR film for AI Medical company Owkin. With a brief to make an ‘absurdist’ and comedy hiring film and some key staff out forward, Rosie interviewed the staff and crafted a nuanced, idiosyncratic and playful script to showcase their characters and the personality of those working at Owkin. Directing slightly affected performances and utilising intriguing angles, alongside beautifully composed and constructed frames, showcasing Owkin’s central Paris HQ.
